Certified Partners have undertaken training and examinations on LiveNote’s suite of products and services. Certified Partners employ Certified LiveNote Trainers (CLTs) who receive regular updates and training on new LiveNote products and services and are tested annually to ensure the firm maintains its Certified Partners status.

The Certified Partners program has been set up in response to a need expressed by law firms who use LiveNote as a realtime transcription tool. These firms are often frustrated by the difficulties they experience in finding technologically skilled court reporting firms who can provide LiveNote realtime services, particularly when travelling out of town for depositions.

With the introduction of new value-added services from LiveNote, the competency level of those supporting them needs to be increased. Certified Partners are skilled in providing the following LiveNote services – Realtime, Internet Realtime (LiveNote Stream™) with Messaging and Streaming Audio, Exhibit Linking and Video Synchronization. LiveNote has addressed this issue by establishing an elite network of Certified Partners who will be able to provide any of the LiveNote suite of products and services in an efficient and competent fashion.
